Hallucinations are not exclusive to the realm of artificial intelligence. Humans hallucinate all the time (see: The Demon-Haunted World). But goodness gracious.
Lawyers are entrusted with lots of difficult, high-stakes situations, along with a lot of MONEY. They allegedly hold themselves to a higher standard. This database by Damien is eye-opening. And it's worrisome for attorneys who dare look in the mirror and inverse the relationship; lawyers have a monopoly on legal advice, so if they're going to AI for answers then soon their clients will. And if AI is good enough for giving answers for lawyers, then what choice do clients have but to turn to AI first as well?
