Peak Design Everyday 30L

If you want a high quality backpack that you can take into a fancy office, stow under the seats of a domestic airplane, or lug your fancy-schmancy camera gear place-to-place, this is the one.

Sure Nomatic is nice too. And Patagonia Black Holes and whatnot for travel. But for a comfortable all-arounder, this simply cannot be beaten.

I also have a Peak Design 25L Outdoor backpack with some big, beefy shoulder straps that makes long walks in cities, on trails, and other scenarios much more ideal. But the Everyday 30L has gotten way more work given that I go into an office ~1x a week and it stores all my goods perfectly.

And Peak Design’s lifetime warranty is no joke. Good customer service even if not omnisciently perfect.
