For hiking and other times outside in the sun for extended periods of time. The colorway was bad and the fit was just bagg-ish. Much prefer Outdoor Research and the North Face ones I have so I returned it.
This was refunded. The fit was bad and the blue just didn't look great (c.f. my nearly identical North Face, which is higher quality with a better blue and better materials).
