Excuse me while I cry over excellent puzzles interlacing an incredible story about love.

Yet another masterpiece published by Annapurna Interactive.
Maquette is one heck of a love story surrounded by spectacular visuals and some solid puzzles. I will not spoil the story in any way, so allow me to simply say that if you have ever been in a relationship, this one may touch you in the same way the pointy part of a knife can touch your skin.
I love me game experiences that deliver something transcendental to the storytelling alone, something that a book or a movie or a tabletop game alone cannot deliver. And this one delivers, as Annapurna often does, with good enough gameplay to be independently interesting but alongside phenomenal storytelling.
I am not a huge puzzler although I will indulge in the mechanic when it's interwoven with some of that excellent storytelling I clearly crave. And with puzzles as the interactive gameplay mechanic in here, they do a great job.
The game should cost you less than $20 and will take you ~6 hours to complete. And I cannot recommend it enough.
