This set by Rory sorta spans the gamut of emotions and topics and general human existence. Mostly quick hitting punchlines but some long-stretching bits and most all land well, even amongst some of the things that will make you squirm in your seat.
The final bit was truly psychotic in all the best ways (c.f. Nanette as a juxtaposition).
Otherwise, Rory's command of the stage delivering a chaotic set of jokes with a quick pace feels like a professional at the height of their powers. There's even a meta-website layering that of course tickles my fancy. And maybe there's even more mountain for him to climb (and I've only seen his one set so far). But his calling as a jokester feels fully answered.
I strongly recommend giving it a watch. The first ~9 minutes had me questioning the lean, but he jolted in every direction from there and it all worked very well for me (although my own bias towards tales of repressed Catholic upbringing, being drawn to showmanship, and grappling with the extent of empathy all play a part).
