Dry aged burgers, beef, and fish are the headline.

You'll hopefully get one of their regular beers and a burger. It's reasonably priced gourmet fatty burger (i.e. not a thing smashburger style). And I love it dearly, with the red onions, cheddar, and delicious sauce that makes for a real delicacy. And the beer has a few steady hazy variants plus lagers, slushes, and other general variety for most any sort of drinker type (including a good selection of non-alcholic beers).
Their entire menu is delicacy-driven, really. Despite being located in the back of an office district, they serve some seriously gourmet shit with some very solid beers. But the delicacy slant means they use things like dark thigh meat in chicken dishes, pork in some others, and other things that are not typically present in McDonald's meats, Chipotle meats, and the likes of other made-for-mass-production, generally appealing offerings.
The dry aged meats are the real unique part of this place though. Wildly expensive but also wildly delicious if you're discerning and want quality vs. quantity (because ain't nothing wrong with a Texas Roadhouse steak, believe you me!).
The dry aged fish is otherworldly. Like sushi but a texture and taste that's differently delicious. The meats are so tender, so flavorful and so good that it's been my birthday treat the few times I've indulged so extravagantly (~$350 for two, all in with beer to go).
Easy parking, great eating, and a good vibe with a great team running the joint. So a strong recommendation here.
